JIS head tube reamer cutter ?

hi all,

i know it's an odd request these days, but does anyone build frames on occasion to use a JIS 1" threaded headset ?

i was thinking of doing so, to be able to use a dura ace track headset, or a hatta swan, but would need a suitable head tube reaming cutter

is there anyone that supplies these still ? or am i going to have to send a cutter to a tool grinder, to have its diameter reduced ?

i presume a .15mm press fit would be adequate ? but please advise me
