Hi all
Just in case is of any interest for anyone facing the problem of reaming/facing an ultra long headtube and not wanting to go through the complexity of big machinery, here is a simple modification you could do to a "normal" head tube reamer/facing tool, in this case it's a Cyclo tool, but I'm pretty sure it would work the same with Most of common ones (Park, Cyclus, etc).
Basically all you need to do is replace the main threaded axle for a long threaded section with the same thread type of your handles part. Then, using a nut to place the reamer guide part at the same position as in the original tool (see picture 2), it will work as originally, with the only difference that now the bottom "fast clip" will not "thread" as it's different type, so you just use another nut on the bottom to push the cone/spring/etc. In picture 3 you can see also a easy way of avoiding too long time threading the bottom nut when the headtube is shorter than the max length of this new long configuration, just using any of the spare cutted tubes around the workshop (here a 28,6 tt). It would be much better if able to find some kind of "fast-clip" compatible with the thread, but that would be just an updgrade for making things faster. As it's on the pictures it works fine and accurate. Total cost 22€ (700mm length threaded section, 2 nuts and some washers)

Hope it makes any sense... much easier than it takes to describe it, specially when english is not mother tongue.
