31.8mm DT tubing - can't find any

Hello everyone! This is my first post as I'm new to building frames. I am working on getting all the parts I need from Nova and have a question. I am building a lugged road bike with oversized tubes. I selected a bottom bracket that has a DT diameter of 31.8mm. I also selected a set of lugs that, of course, also has the 31.8mm DT. Next, I started looking for steel tubes. I am confused because they don't have any 31.8 down tubes. I called them and the lady suggested using the 31.8 seat tubes because they will work for the DT as well. Unfortunately, the seat tubes I was looking at aren't long enough. My DT will be 68cm. So where does one find longer double butted 31.8 steel tubing?? Any suggestions? Thanks for reading!
