Try KVA- they offer a bunch of straight gauge in addition to the butted tubes.

Dont see too many 14mm options except onlinemetals.com in 0.095" 0.5625" 304 seamless. Speedymetals, KVA, didn't have any.

Thanks everyone, I was about to find a source Metric Tubing: Seamless Stainless Steel Tubing from MicroGroup, but at $33.00 per foot, I think I'm gonna pass. I might sleeve it with a turned part so I can use a more readily available size of tubing.
