The "truth" is in the tasting. There are are nearly 500 replies to this thread and 23,00 views and close to 2,000 bottles of NixFrixShun "out in the wild". We are stocking brick and mortar shops in Australia and the USA....everybody is pretty tickled with the product. A very telling aspect of this are the shop mechanics, they crave the stuff.
Be calm, Don't Panic. I'm in the process of making up another 110 gallons of the stuff!!!! << Not kidding.
    This part made me laugh.

There is a show on TV called Blacklist, which is about the worst of the worst criminals.

One of the episodes is called "The Stewmaker" which given it is about bad criminals, is probably fairly predictable.

Anyway, I read the part bolded above and for some reason the images of this show flooded in, featuring Too Tall, and I almost choked on my tea. Right now wiping the tears away.

I've been pushing it in my store in OZ and have been getting very positive feedback. I'm going to print out the "how to" sheet that Josh posted to first timers as I think it is essential to follow the protocol to get the best out of it. Most are applying too much and not wiping it down regularly.
    Great product.

Got it on my SS monstercross that I ride during my lunch breaks (and then put back in my car without so much as a thankyouverymuch). I was just thinking today how silent my drivetrain is STILL, some two weeks into riding in snow, mud, rain, grit, and standing water, after only the first application of NFS. Good stuff!

LOL you like that eh? Thanks gents. I just read the article and viewed the actual results. Two observations, first is that we faired pretty well against all comers and are rated in the top. Unfortunately as T.K. alludes they get a big fat FAIL for not using a test that resolves the products into useful categories. It is misleading and possibly wasteful to simply test the engineering aspect of efficiency. It's bunk I tell yah!!!

Listen up VeloNews and the lab who walked you down the garden path. NFS / VSalon is willing to pay for another run at this testing where at a minimum "dry/dusty" and "wet" are also tested or y'all make a proposition and we'll agree on some protocol that renders useful intel.

No more quasi-science please. Let's get real.

My ancient gas furnace has a small "flipcap" opening for lubricating oil. The thing has been squeaking loudly for YEARS and a few weeks ago I decided to feed it some NFS to see what would happen: Silence. Sweet, sweet, silence.

As an aside, my dream house would feature an architect-designed bicycle room complete with an embedded 110-gallon NFS dispenser. That way there would be plenty for when we cross over from Year 2999 over to Year 3000.

But let's start a water mist or spray on the chain as it's running. Or maybe a mud applicator. Sure Paraffin is slick and clean. How does it hold up in the real world?
Did the test cover longevity? I've been a user almost from the start. 4 bikes. 12K+ miles. I'm still nursing that first bottle and with the 2 backups I bought will be good for years. I'd have gone through bottles of the other stuff by now.

Thanks again, TooTall. After a weekend bicycle wash I enjoyed another commute via silent drivetrain.

NICE review Gravelbike. I'm particularly fond of reviews where the product is REALLY used. Let's hear more of that.

Australia please note, I'm not able to extend "Local Shipping" until I've restocked my OZ representative. Thank you for your patience.

Everyone who ordered last week, I'm shipping today.

The more I use it (NFS), the more I like it. I'm going to be converting two of my personal bikes' drivetrains (to SRAM), so I'm looking forward to treating the chains with NFS.

Love it man love it. FWIIW NFS plays well with factory grease. With new chains I just ride them "as is" for a week than start using NFS.

Too bad you don't live in OZ. I'm going to ship a huge amount there this week.

Has anyone used NFS with this applicator:

Finish Line - Bicycle Lubricants and Care Products - No Drip Chain Luberâ„¢

I'm wondering if it would be a good way to reduce the likelihood of overlubing.
