    Big Night rules.

Recently I enjoyed "The Banshees of Inisherin" by Martin McDonagh, who also made "In Bruges" among other films. Incredible.

Also liked "Under the Silver Lake" "It Follows" "Vampire's Kiss" and "After Hours"

We saw Decision to Leave over the weekend. Really enjoyed it.

Here’s a good review that helps the non-Korean (although we already picked up on some of it, despite not knowing the language). Be warned there’s big time spoilers in the review and it bugs away the ending.

Oh dear, I need to proof read.

A typo and spell check must’ve made “gives” into “bugs”.

"The Glass Key" (specifically the 1942 version with Alan Ladd and Veronica Lake) - Coenheads should take note.

My kid's Halloween movie request was Rocky Horror and I have to say, having never watched that show in a quiet setting, it holds up in its ridiculous way (how could it not) and Tim is magnificent (of course) but I was really struck by the scrappy/inventive techniques that must have been used to get it all on film.
