Working through the pricing this weekend. Should hopefully have everything accounted for by early next week.

On a side note, has anyone come across a good source for mountable metric rules or scales. I want something that will be durable. I have a few sources but nothing I've been completely satisfied with, I will keep looking though.

    Thanks - Todd

This is metallic adhesive 1/2" right to left, and left to right tape:
Kreg Metric 3.5 Meter Adhesive Tape, Tape Measures, Measuring & Marking Tools, Tools - McFeely's
I put some on the main tube mitering jig were making, looks pretty durable.

I hesitate to say "I'm In" without knowing the cost, but I am definitely interested.

Hi, I've been building steel frames for about four years and using commercially available steel forks (Soma) and/or carbon forks (Alpha Q and Richie) but, yeah, I'd like to have a copy of your fork jig to do my own in steel. Any chance I could get on the run of jigs you mentioned building?

Still working on the pricing, there has been more interest than I thought there would be, so I'm working with some bigger volume material suppliers. Just waiting on some quotes from them as well as Anodizing.
    Thanks - Todd.

Thinking about the metric scales, That Kreg tape is adhesive backed metal. I don't think it would stand up to OA brazing in fork jig.
I fried the ones I put on my Alex Whetmore jig the first use, it may be better to mount a ruler.
Are you planning on doing 2 scales? One centered on 1" steerer tube, and one with 1 1/8"? The center is different for each.
I had 2 scales set up on my Alex jig, crisped them both after all that time measuring:)

Remove the rubberised adhesive with solvent and replace it with ordinary bathroom silicone. It's good to about 300C (that's a lot of F but I couldn't be bothered translating)..

Just and update. There has been such an overwhelming interest in this project that I have been working with vendors and machine shops to possibly outsource some of the more mundane parts. I've been promised quotes by the end of this week. I will have pricing and a list started by then.

Thanks for everyones patience. I have been getting killed by my day job, and I'm really trying to finish a very special bike before summer is over. I hope you all understand!

Hi all. I'm new here - took the UBI class in Dec and just starting up. Consider me, depending on the pricing, another interested party!

Thanks everyone for your patience. Here is the pricing complete assembled and anodized

    5 people - $700.00 each + shipping
    10 people - $525.00 each + shipping
    20 people - $450.00 each + shipping

This does not include the Dummy Axle from Anvil. I'd rather just have you guys order direct.

Should I get a list started?

Not that I didn't expect it, but ouch... I'd pretty much need the 20-people pricing to make it in my price range.

I'm in. Can you speak a little on the indexing design that touches off the crown race?
Also, it's hard to tell on the pic of the revised jig, but I want to do forks both 1" and 1 1/8", are there 2 rake measuring rulers, or do I just add 1/16" to the one?
I'm probably going to mount mine in a park stand, 4 holes taped on the side maybe:)
    cheers
