The fries are not to be missed. They have a box of spuds and a cutter, so they are fresh cut throughout the day. An order is served on a cafeteria tray, so the tiny size dwarfs a large from pretty much anywhere.
You guys are really making me hungry. I'm gonna break out the dogs, velveeta and mrs. renfro's ghost pepper sauce pretty soon and see what kind of trouble I can get into. Wife's in L.A. for a couple of days. Brings up the question of why no one has mentioned Pink's yet.
Michigan style Coney (it was invented here).
Beanless chili, raw onion, steamed bun, mustard. Heaven.
Sausagefest. // nothing to us.

Soupless picks up some slack...
You know you have some favorites.
Go advanced, post the pictures.
Don't make me go kill an animal off season to improve this thread...
Just kidding. I'm going to come up with something. Maybe better. Maybe not. I had a wolf in the yard looking for bunnies. Makes it tough to get venison....
Steamed hot dog on a steamed bun. That's all you need to start with.
In my hometown, loaded means ketsup, mustard and onions.
Down in Fall River, Mass, King Philip's on S Main is the place I learned to love hot dogs. And coffee milk. Mmmm. . . . I gotta go - if I leave now, it's just in time for dinner.
Echoing Eddiebirdsell over here.
Hot Doug's is the best dog place in the city, or anywhere else I've been. Doug works the register, is hilarious (assuming you're a human being and not solely a smart phone operator). Everyone that works there is actually happy to work at an encased meat joint. Ask him how he deals with life, he pulls out some mini bottles. Ask Doug what he thinks of famous people, he makes them into hot dogs. Ask doug to make a hot dog not on the list, if he has the ingredients, he'll make fun of you for being a picky bastard and make it. The fact everything is delicious there (the fries will make you smile while clogging your arteries! especially Friday/Saturday) only makes it a very difficult place to care about standing in line for 30+ minutes in 0º weather.
Great place.
Cottage cheese for dinner, Greek yogurt for dessert, eat that everyday an' it will make your butt hurt.
Puka Dog...Kauai
Showboat Hot, finely chopped white onion, Gulden's Spicy Brown mustard, bun of your choice. Hurts so good.
This thread is dangerous.
