New baby and all we are out. But I would like to share what we ahve done in the past in Philly. For $25 per head you can celebrate NYE at the Ritz Carlton, which is one onf the most beautiful spaces I have ever seen. You get a great band and champagne, ballons drop from the dome. Its a deal and a half if you are not a big drinker. Cause drinks are like $12 each.
