    Default guilty pleasures

I'm an enthusiastic home cook and wine guy, but there is some serious crap I love. What's your guilty pleasure? Note: a prime ribeye with fries and creamed spinach doesn't count. I'm talking culinary abominations. Think grape soda and moon pies (together). Mine? onion dip and ruffles. You know, lipton onion soup mixed with sour cream. One taste and I cannot stop. Once started, if a doctor were to tell me one more chip would kill me, I would choose death. What horrible crap do you like?

Really stinky cheese alone or with anything I can combine it with. Maybe I'll pick some up while I'm at the store getting sour cream and onion soup mix. Bastard.

When you're really drunk and too lazy to cook and live where there's no street food... Five cheap frozen burritos, some sharp cheddar and hot chicken wing sauce. Microwave the burritos and then run them under the broiler long enough to crisp them up a little, sprinkle cheese over them and run a stripe of sauce down the middle and broil again until the cheese melts. A 2000 calorie bomb.

I can eat an entire bag of Lime Tostitos in the space of one football game.
The only way around this is to not buy them, or make sure I have other people to share the bag with.

Beyond that, my only real food vice is bread. We get a sea salt ciabatta at the Saturday farmer’s market that disappears real quick over the course of the weekend.

Chilli Lime? Those are good junk. And just to add a little fake color, any "good" bbq potato chips. With Dr. Brown's cream soda.

And the bread . . . yeah, really good french bread goes quick in our house. Leonora in Arlington . . . must not frequent too frequently.

My neighbor gave us something like a 2 gallon bucket of these things and we had eaten a few, but I didn't think my family would be able to finish them off.

We had some friends over and needed something to snack on, so I took the pretzel nuggets, and gave them the Chex Mix Puppy Chow treatment. Which is basically covering them in melted chocolate/peanut butter, and then lightly coat with powdered sugar.

Oh My Gawd. 2 gallon bucket was empty within a couple hours.

Sabor con Jamon potato chips that we got in Spain. Good thing they are not available here.

Jelly Belly jelly beans. I just got into these things (maybe from reading this thread?) and I'm hooked. I take a Nuun tube full of jelly beans with me on my rides. Then I typically eat whatever's left in the bag when I get home.

Tonight: some rolled fillet of anchovy with capers - washed down with a Schlafly Pumpkin Ale. The sweetness of the Schlafly really cut the salt of the anchovies.

    Starburst Candy Corns

Coworker filled her candy jar with these and I think I'm the only one that likes them. At least I think I do. Consistency is a blend between Nik L Nips and that dried glaze you peel off the bottom of a Krispy Kreme box. Texture is confusing but flavor spot on. I'm about 30min into my afternoon Yellow #5 migraine just now.
