We've been talking about homemade concoctions. I've a permanent Jones for , save me, Waffle House hash browns with cheese and easy over eggs and lots of undrinkable coffee.

Don't distract me when I'm focused.

effer. I had blocked that from memory. Now it is all flooding back.

New entry: road trip to 'sconny and get real fresh cheese curds. Must squeek when chewed. Bag gone immediately.

Just got an email with this from a buddy visiting his inlaws in Virginia. He needs help deciding what to choose and anyone that recognizes the cellar is invited to show up. Unfortunately, he wouldn't give me the exact coordinates....

    Fried Peanut butter-maple syrup sandwiches.
Cottage cheese for dinner, Greek yogurt for dessert, eat that everyday an' it will make your butt hurt.

Ok, cant hold back. The onion dip thing is solid gold but the proper way is one cup mayo and one cup sour cream. This is for me, if anyone else wants some I make a double batch. Scoops best with regular lays.
If it gets to the point where the chip are too small and the dip is too shallow to get on the chip right you mix the two together untill everything is coated and eat with a spoon.

    Is it tomorrow yet?

okay, this may seem "not worthy of guilt"
but considering mine is a vegan diet (plus fish)
twice a year guilty pleasure is quality fried chicken

I cannot recall where I had it, but someone once handed me a personal sized bag of Fritos, had me tear it open, then they filled it with Chili and some shredded cheese. I liked it a lot.

Greg LeMond taught me to love flat Coke and Hostess apple pies. Still a favorite for long rides.

But my real problem comes when I visit North Carolina. That tangy BBQ (pulled pork for you New Englanders) and Hush Puppies - I can eat them till I pop.

    and Panda black licorice.
and Nonpareils (only eat at Christmas time, but I make them disappear quickly).
and Wheat Thins with a nice smoked Guda, or sharp cheddar
and HaagenDaz vanilla (eat only a few times a year, but the small bucket (4 servings, me thinks) is only fit for one (me).
    and ... shit, I have a problem.

Gotta get Tom Officer to help me gain some control if I ever plan to get fit again.

Drop and give me 20 Dave. No sensible talk here.
BTW - Take me with you to Sylvia's. I too have a secret place for fried chicken.

Trailer trash. That's clearly the equal of the RC Cola with salt peanuts. Kudos.
