Default No contract smart phone buyers..anyone out there?

I'm considering a no-contract smart phone purchase. Does anyone have any experiences to share? If you don't mind me asking, what do you pay per month for your phone service?

    Thanks.

I have Boost Mobile. Android phones start at $55 a month for unlimited talk, text, and data. With Boost's "shrinkage" feature, your monthly bill decreases by $5 for every 6 on-time payments you make; so in 18 months you'll be paying $40 a month for your Android phone service. Of course you have to buy the phone up front... $200-229.
They have a couple of new good-looking Android phones. I'm going to get one in a few months.
