Tom, you're murdering it lately!
I've been dealing with a foot injury for the last couple of weeks so no time at the gym for me, but holding steady in the low 160s.

141.4 / 7.3…...very surprised with the drop, as we went out for our anniversary dinner last night (25 yrs). I think it was the first time I didn't have any bread with the meal, usually I'm into 2 rolls and butter before the appetizer even shows up. It's really getting easier to keep the focus on what I eat.
Thanks Christian, hope the foot doesn't keep you from doing the marathon.
179.1 Been waiting a long time to clear 180. Going back to work after the surgery tomorrow.

166.0 this morning. I've added some weight lifting to my weekly exercise. It seems to help. I've probably got 15 lbs to go before getting to "racing weight".
It seems like every couple of weeks I need to add to or change my routine in order to keep loosing. The shorter days make it harder to get in those long high calorie burning workouts.
keep it up folks,
Wade
Up 1.5 today to 218, last night was a dinner out for a friends birthday. I ate right, but late. That is a key thing to avoid for me.
141 / 7.2
Been bouncing around the 136 pound mark so this morning was a surprise:
134.9 and 8%
165.4

Just out of curiosity when are you guys all weighing? Morning/afternoon, preride/postride? I just came in at 177.2 (t shirt, shorts and tevas) at 9:15 pm, no ride today and a couple of adult beverages. No argument about needing to come down at least 20 lbs., but what are we talking about? I'll reweigh in the morning and most likely be down a few lbs. from now. Just the way it is.
141.4 / 6.8…..gone for the weekend, see you Monday
Dorman…first thing in the am is the most meaningful
175.4/12.4
Essentially unchanged. Like some others, injuries are cramping my style. Meniscus tear. Hopefully I can get it scoped within the next few weeks and use the PT to springboard into winter boot camp. For now I can ride but that's about it. I can race cross but then on Monday mornings I'm dragging the leg behind me, so I'm limiting participation to courses with minimal running.
179.1 sweatshirt and shorts first thing in the AM.

Woo! Hoo! two mornings in a row under 135. I should exit the thread now because sub 135 was the goal. But I'd feel badly for abandoning the team :-)
Dorman - morning weight (post constitution) is what I post. For me, a long ride can see a decrease in 3-4 pounds but re-fueling and hydration brings that back fast. No sense posting dehydrated, shagged out body weights.
This thread has inspried me to jump in as well. My goal all race season was to get down to 150 from around 155 and I never did it. I think I realized that it was too hard for me during the race season. So I plan to use the built in accountability of the board to help me reach my goal as I enter the offseason.
This morning: 156
