i am continually amazed by the trivial statistics that baseball announcers frequently pop up with...
stuff like...
" that last guy to hit 3 homeruns on his 24th birthday was honus wagner in 1907.."*

* made up but stuff like this all the time... i cant imagine how all this stuff could be tracked... esp to back 100 years.
