My elderly neighbor told his son (who owns a farm out on Route 323 in Brebouf) that his American neighbor on the lake was quarantined in his cottage for two weeks having just come into the country.
The son called and said he had left a gift at my front door.
Thankfully, I had all of the spices and liquids in the cupboard to make an Eastern Carolina rub, mop, and sauce....and there was enough charcoal and maple chips for the Webers.
