A snowy week here in the Rockies. The 8" we got early in the week melted just in time for another 5" in last night's thunder-snow storm. A good time to work on a fillet sport bike with couplers.

I think I bugged Don long enough that he caved and sent me one of his pre-production benders. He's sending me the alignment bar shortly, but I was still able to do some nice S bends by eye-balling it. His stuff is almost too pretty to use.

So much new stuff it's crazy...

Everybody wants one, the PF30 adapter:

These too, the 44mm inset adapter:

The alignment bar for the benders:

    Oh, what's going on here?

The new Fork Fixtures (back) are also nearing completion and shown here next to the old style base (front):

In progress carbon fiber cyclocross machine. Tubes have been mitered and bonded with epoxy adhesive. Tapered headtube for 1 1/8"-1.5" CX Fork and Press Fit BB30 bottom bracket shell. I keep the seat tube extra tall and will cut it off towards the end of the build process. Next step--> carbon fiber layup.

Whew. Okayallright. First post to FNL. And away we go.

    1. Street Tracker. Streety track bike, decent clearances, while still retaining some tight geometry. Finish is a steel stain / patina with a clear over.

    2. AllRounder. Cyclocross / light touring geometry. Yes, I messed up the fork, and I am making a new one. Measure 3 times, cut once. BUt dont measure three times and cut. And then forget that you cut, and cut again. Sigh.

    Cool, thank you all.
