Late to the party here too. The damage on this happened last week, so I figure its applicable.

I get home to my shop from my weekend at Carl Strong's (more later in my Smoked Out on that), and find my new-to-me granite inspection table is delivered on a broken stand.

I paid $400 for the high quartz Grade A 36" x 48" x 10" slab with stand; last inspected/calibrated in January. I honestly thought it was just an angle iron stand. Turns out its a $4295 laboratory isolation stand with high load Gimbal pistons...nice surprise!
