    Default Friday PicFest No.70

One more road bike off to paint before attention turns 100% to Max bikes and ciclocross* bikes.

Just finished this one. Owner drove up last night from St. Louis and we went for a ride. He is over the moon happy and that means I am happy. This saddle was swapped out for his broken-in Brooks Swallow in Honey.

    Default Saturday pick-up

This bike was picked up Saturday. He is local, really tall and seemed excited

Cross bike getting its final spacer made for proper saddle height with the saddle to be used:

    Little before/after drop out work:

Lastly a couple random shop photos:

    55 gallon bin:

easy access from both lathes (they both have D1-3 spindle and a spacer so matched center height for all BXA stuff):

    Thanks for looking.

Loosing some pliers resulted in a pretty gnarly remodel/ cleaning session. I wanted to make some changes to the flow anyway.

Here are some detail shots in between the crazy-

Shorelines. I just got back from the ocean so I thought some shorelines would be appropriate.

    Hi Guys,

This week we've fixed up one of our older frames that came off second best against a garage door.

Does the slingshot ring any bells?

Also some pics of some of our bikes in finishing.

    Enjoy the weekend!

An expedition tourer for an experienced world tourer.
26" wheels to match his wifes, S&S couplers, suspension corrected fork with H2O mounts. (He got tired of tying water bottles to his top tube)
Some cleanup and braze-ons and off to the guys at COAT!

Here is a fresh tourer out of the oven.
A little modifications on Pacenti lugs
