i hope you don't mind me kicking this off as i'm outta here for a kayak trip for our anniversary! Mark got his bike all going & says the bars are "experimental". also, another 29er. y'all have a good weekend. EDIT: i'm not sure why the cross images are so small. they are on my blog if you want to see them bigger. http://coconinocycles.blogspot.com/2...-out-busy.html sorry for the hassle!

Nice. Looks like one of Rick Hibbard's Ti bikes.

An original McClung...this one is mine. Colors are Volkswagen Dove Blue and Cream with blood read accents. Flawless paint is by Spectrum of course. Looks like another one of Carl's sweet rolls in the background too!

Time for a little civil disobedience: I say we talk about what we see in these threads within the thread. Divorcing the pictures from the words just doesn't make any sense and to me it's put these threads into a death spiral. Bitches.

This is the bike I built and rode for the Oregon Manifest. It's the first commuter style bike I've built (95% of my business is 29ers) and first fork. That's a titanium rack, there's a split for installing a belt (more about that below), post mounts front and rear for PM disc brakes and a couple other fun details.

I first saw this method of installing a break on a bike designed by Dave Levy of Ti Cycles. IMO, it's the cleanest looking solution I've ever seen. Props to Dave for the design.

6/4 mount for the rack strut. bored out for running the dynamo lighting inside the strut.

Bought a paint booth so I can do my painting in my own shop now. Renting space had run its course.

Anyone else notice this in Providence?
