About 8 months ago, I purchased 3 ceramic knives from Kyocera. New, the blades were wonderful. Now, the one I use the most is dull and unappealing. Frankly I thought the edges would last longer, but I don't know why I thought that. Perhaps I heard a rumor somewhere. So anyone with experience with these things with something to offer? What sort of sharpener shall I buy? I know that they can be sent out for sharpening, but I am not looking to do that.
Snide comments about staying with steel are welcome as well.
