Sadly your frame/brand is not easily seen in this dark picture. I hope other visuals will be brighter.

    Hey Steve,
Thanks! I hope you're not referring to a plane wreck :)...
I'll sure be making a poster or two for my shop.
    Ciao bro!

Yea, I talked to Campagnolo and they were hoping for a little brighter result. That sure would have helped me, but all-in-all, I think the result is pretty cool. The lighting from floor level and the darkness makes it a bit more mysterious. Either way it works out pretty good for me. Just tagging along on Campy's coattails is a big wave for me.

Thanks for the comment and following my work.

Thanks! It's actually an old show frame that I was lucky enough to have hanging around the shop. When they gave me the call, I was so surprised to actually have a frame to give them. Usually I don't keep expo frames around as they get bought up pretty quick and client frames are out the door while the tubes are still hot.

    It's actually this frame:
Trebbiano Silk Ti - a set on Flickr

The planets aligned for me on that one.

Thanks for the kind words and for keeping up with me.

Here are a few more images that were provided by Campagnolo. My contact is also producing a video which he's pretty excited about (probably not as much as myself). When I get a hold of that in the next week or so I'l be sure and post it. It's a video of the build and the photo shoot and the "release" of the 80th Anniversary.

Here's a link to the other full-build images. Pls let me know if the link doesn't work. I'm not very good with these things...

    Ciao Darren,

Is this the bike you brought to Bristol last year?

    HI Ronnie,
thanks for the words. I appreciate that.
Sure, I can do internal routing. I have a few solutions for that. I prefer to manipulate the tubes (with a welding heat cycle) as little as possible. To do internal routing, you have to place a good bit of heat as opposed to a conventional braze-on I think that becomes important on the downtube near the headtube.

Here's a pic of a frame with both TT and DT internal routing: leobelt_201121 | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

    ciao!

    Hey Dario,

Ho messo ca. 40 anni per capire che la mamma ha sempre ragione (anche se non perfettamente). Inutile resistere

Grazie mille per le parole. Sono felicissimo anche io!!

    a presto!

    Hi Paul,
Yup, that's the one. It's the Trebbiano bike that was at Bristol. I decided to keep it in a corner of the shop and not sell it. I thought it would be good to finally have a bike to show visitors. I'm sure glad I kept it!

    ciao!

    Hey sdg71,

Good eye. Yes, that's a new Fizik stem. Bars are Enve as well as fork and seatpost.

    See you soon!
