Default Moving to the North Shore-Looking for a Place

Hi All- WayneJ's daughter Jordan here.

My boyfriend (Don Snoop) just accepted a job up in Beverly, MA, and we are looking for a place in Beverly or Wenham or Manchester. It would be us, and our 25lb Sheltie mix, Raleigh, so we need something that allows dogs, and has a little bit of grass for her to go out and play (we of course will be picking up after her, and are willing to pay an additional deposit or monthly fee to have her). Preferably 1st or 2nd floor, or single family, but at this point we can't be too picky.

We would need to move in no later than August 15th, and find something for $1500 or less.

Can anyone head two bike racers in the right direction?

    Thanks!

Scot, I thought about Pete's place, but it would be about an hour commute each way- a little too far.

There should be some decent rental housing up there. There are a fair number of colleges and grad schools in the Cape Ann area. Sorry, it's been too long for me to have a decent contact in that area to help you out.
