Just curious if there is something readily available or if you are making your own stands for photo shoots. Seems to me a simple foot with a prop to hook under the hub on the non-drive side would be the best hidden way to go, but what are you doing?

I've seen several use a simple piece of painted steel tubing with the foot angled. Prop the bike from the crank/bb.

I often place the rod end into the bottom of the Left dropout axle slot.
Another helpful trick I got from someone: use those black giant paper clips with the silver handles removed as chocks to stop the wheel from rolling - makes it easier to balance - sometimes just one is needed if there is a little slant.
