Need help finding a source for 5/8” OD straight BB spindle

I am restoring a vintage MTB and need help finding a source for 5/8” OD spindle (length 110mm) for an old press bit BB. Does anyone know if these spindles are still made or where I may be able to find one in a dark corner?

Phil Wood makes 17mm spindles. Might not work with the bearings already in the frame, but they have those, too.

take a lathe with a fixed centre in the headstock, rotating one in the tailstock and turn a phil axle down in size ?

might be an option if you can't find anything else to work ?
