11 degrees at 400' in the Dorptown. I punked out and did an hour in the cellar this morning.
It's about 50 and sunny here now. I'll wait until it's 55 to ride the moto to my office.
Zero Fahrenheit in Chicago at the moment.
18-20mph north winds.
Schools are closed because the majority of kids walk to school, and frostbite is a real risk.
My dog is happy.

72. But it was only 70 when I left for my ride. I had to wear a cap. Brutal.
This wind is likely the reason the spring latch to my building's storage area door was reluctant to open this a.m. Took me a couple of minutes to get it open.
Despite the relatively low amount of snow, the city has gone ape with the salt on Elston Ave. Will probably start using the Divvy bikes for the commute until the road clear.
you floridians are the clear losers of this thread
and by "losers" I mean "winners"
70* a few moments ago when I got out of my car. Going to get down to 60* tonight! Burrrr.
Auk's words to live by:
Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.
Currently -10 at 7:45am in Minneapolis. Wind chill of -31. I think we were down to -15 or so overnight, and the high today is supposed to be -4.
Have to wait until lunch to go skiing.
Florida looks pretty good right now.

-6F at the moment in Iowa City. Wind chills are hovering around -25F. That's our high for the day. Temps to fall through the day to -15F. Weatherman says it would be colder, but the wind is blowing too hard for the temps to fall further. No school here, either. Spin class was sparse this morning.

42 in Austin. Down to 21 tonight.

It'll be 65 when I get back to Berkeley. We may eat on the patio tonight and enjoy the sunset over the Golden Gate. There will be a slight breeze and maybe a cloud or two.
7:50 AM, 67 degrees with an expected high of 78 degrees. Pretty cold in the winter here. I long for the warmth of summer!
