BB30 Cable Guides?

A question for those of you using BB30 shells, what are you using for under BB cable guides? Also, something for the Shimano BB86 (for lack of a better name) would come in handy, any sources?

I'm experimenting with tube to tube carbon...

Here at Moots we use Shimano cble guides. You just need to be careful where they go so the fd cable does not rub on the frame. They take the shape of the shell just fine.

If the Shimano ones flex that for then I'll give them a try. Thanks for the info.
