Some things wait for me, exactly as I remember them. Some things change.

Working on some stainless lugs for the latest Kumo
Experimenting with 90% polish before brazing, then I will do the last 10% afterwards
Took delivery of my new baby.
I have been searching for this girl for two years and now she is mine.
38mm spindle bore means I can face headtubes, cut crown races on forks, face lugs etc etc without messing around with steady rests like I do on my little Hercus

This week in the barn:
Support for a 13 year old racer who crashed his favorite bike and broke the left chainstay:
The cracked toptube of a Canyon Ultimate CF went from this:
to this:
This frame was made in 1990. The steer tube had a crack from the fork being over turned. The fork had 2 cracks at the crown. The stays were all cracked at the transition to the Al DOs. Nothing catastrophic but needing attention. It got a paint freshening up and now look almost new.

Never done trying to make the bikes cooler and never done learning new stuff. This is my new vinyl plotter so I can print my own masks, decals and also add a splash of color to the bikes. First up is lime green!
