No bike specific tattoos, but plenty of others. I'm planning one that will be inspired by bike related events, but it won't likely have any bikes in the actual design.
Agreed this could be a fun thread...let's see some pics!
I have one on the back of my calf. It is the Philadelphia Love Park sign with the letters flipped so it reads VELO. I will snap a pic later and post it up.
Calling Mr. President....
please take some of ours
I have one, but don't have any pics - my camera's too crappy to take good close-ups. It's a chain around my lower right calf.
FYI, it doesn't make you any faster, but it is kind of cool.
Vanilla flower and 16t (King) cog on left forearm. From 2006.
Non-bike related, but just got a little Charlie Parker inspired stuff on right forearm.
I have the Rhygin "sun" at the top of my left arm. I got it done at Redemption Tattoo in Cambridge in 2010. It's about 3" across and was actually a cover-up. I love it. Back in 1993, I got a hideous tattoo of a couple of small skulls and hated it almost from the get go. Had an epiphany one day and thought the Rhygin logo would be perfect. And it is! My friend Ruben suggested I get a suitcase tattoo as the cover-up and I thought that was pretty clever.
Oh, and no photos at the moment....
I have a dried up dead lotus blossom that looks like a chainring, you can see it in this pic.

I forgot about this one when I posted above. It's not a pic of a bike, but the first time I a century a while back, I marked the occasion by putting this on my shin. Just below the knee. I applied some instagrammy type filter to obscure my leg hair stubble.
Cool idea for a thread! My oldest is a tat nut and my youngest has some as well. At 60, I've yet to get one, but my oldest gave me a gift certificate a few years back. Help me figure out what and where, so I can make use of it!
Tom, I'm 47 and got my first a year ago. Wanted one since I was about 19, but didn't really know what I wanted. Finally realized I can't take it with me, so I might as well have a little fun.
On what to get? Chain ring imprint on the inside of your right calf just for fun?
No bike stuff here either, but plenty of other stuff, and plenty more planned. It's as much about the process of working with a custom guy as the outcome for me.
I have a bunch.. Naked women, moonshine bottles, rockets, gas pumps and so on. Had them for 15 years. Only two constants in my life have been bicycles and hot rods.
Nothing bicycle related, although it is (other than my family), the biggest part of my life. But, i do have a family tree on my back.
Interesting timing. I've been thinking of getting "USMC" tattooed on my right tricep in old English font. Not sure if I have the balls to pull the trigger, though.
A girl friend, strong on the bike but new to it at the time, made the mistake of getting a triple crankset on her forearm, nicely displayed.
She receives endless shit from me for it.
Officer doesn't need any tats -- fast guys don't need validation. They just are.

It would have to be bike related for sure. I don't think "Mom", "Sweetie" or my anniversary date is going to cut it. I always liked ones just above the ankle, a Canadian guy I raced against, Jocelyn Lovell had a cool one right above his ankle. But for the life of me I can't remember what his was. Bike brands or component stuff doesn't grab me (sorry Ben, Bill and Richie)….I dunno, I guess when I see it I'll know.
