Various types of pie. Lemon meringue in particular.
Cochinitos de piloncillo
Kouign-amann. Tired of hunting them down.
Springerle from my great-grandmother's recipe, or is the recipe even older than that?
Pasteis denata.
Cornbread with hatch chiles.
Cronuts.
