Tubing, Lugs, and many small parts can be obtained from Nova Cycle Supply
Paragon Machine works is a good place for what seems like mostly MB parts. They do a really neat Poly Drop which apears to allow you to build the frame around a specific chassis and then change out the dropout after the fact.
Richard Sachs, when he isnt policing the forums for pseudonyms and incomplete names, he puts togther a pretty nice site, and has good frame building materials.
