Weak Sauce
this shouldn't be too difficult.
mushrooms, water, milk. little bit of salt and pepper. shouldnt be too much.
tips please. im looking for something as versatile as possible.

Saute the mushrooms, season with S+P. Add milk and reduce. Omit H2O, the mushrooms have a loty of water.
Substitute heavy cream if you can, and a bit of veggie or chicken stock for flavor. I always finish these cream / milk
based sauces with a small dash of Worchestershire, and a dash of Tabsaco.
