Looking for design input tire locator in rear triangle

I am attempting to make a jig that incorporates into my anvil set-up that will locate the rear wheel/tire for accurate bends in the CS and BB clearance. Someone had posted some pictures that i failed to find once i was looking, that showed a series of concentric rings and matching cylinders that represented different wheels and tire set-ups. I am hoping to use the locating arm pictured here, although the picture also shows a tower that holds the dummy axle. The final design will incorporate the dummy axle holder on the jig.
