    On the blue Toei Randonneur, the small bag carries lunch and gear for two without the need for the bulkier bag (that tops out at the bars). The red Toei here (all pictures are the same bike) is more in the race ilk. Not all visually proper bikes look the same, 'cause if that were true we'd need only one picture.

    how big is the blue Toei? If it's as large as I think it is, it's one of the nicer looking big bikes I've seen.

    Nice looking bike. Is it an optical illusion that the headset top cap looks off center in relation to the headtube?
