I used it for a few weeks and found it to be pretty nice. But eating a lot of homemade food or dishes I think it's hard to quantify ingredients property. I was guessing a lot - but it was still a good tool. I don't know why I stopped using it - I going to start back up.
My Dad has been using it for a couple of months and lost 25 lbs so far - helps him keep track of whats going in.
