I "liked" this post, but want you to know I also unlike part of it.

I will be up your way, shortly after your surgery, for the ovcx stuff. If you need a beer, I can do that. Or just a hug, I can do that.

That was always a fun weekend and with the new schedule it should be even better than it was in the past. There are few instances I miss being back in Cincinnati but I wouldn't mind being there for this.
If a post op shoulder is as painful as a post op elbow I doubt Sean will want a hug.

Cincy, Lexington, Louisville, cincy, Louisville, yellow springs. I might miss the second Louisville race because of a local race, but otherwise fairly set in stone. I will also be in yellow springs the weekend of September the 19th. Just a chill weekend of drinking and eating before the season starts, like I said , I like that little town.

My litigious problem child employee just gave notice

My total mileage through this point in the year pretty much equals my average annual mileage while living in MI. The riding there was way better but I moved to VA Beach in part to ride more (in addition to other factors, some of which have been realized to my satisfaction) and I have achieved that mission. Another 50 this morning by 9 AM. That sure as hell beats sitting in an airport restaurant somewhere because I got bumped off a jumpseat and am waiting for the next flight or figuring out my options getting home or getting to work. It could be a lot worse than this.

I came home yesterday and daughter #2 told me she wanted to go to one of the local bike shops.

They had a Bianchi track bike in house and she wanted to see it. It was too big, I paid for one the right size. It should be here before she heads back to school. The track has locked storage.

I got a new job two weeks back, so I quit my current one. Then last week, I got a new new job that's even better than the old new job! And today is my last day as an accountant!
