That's one of the main reasons. I don't really have a dog in the college football fight anyway, as one alma mater is D3 and the other one, which is D1, dropped football a few years back. So all I have is mocking other folks teams.

We always could discuss the use of other-than-green turf.

Meh, I pointedly ignored Boise in the years they were good. No reason to start talking about them this year.

Why has the kicking game gone to shit pretty much across the board in college football?

Discipline isn't Georgia's issue. I think focus is more the issue. And here is a huge difference.

Disagree on everything you said. Tennessee end ones are ugly. And in the South a blue tick hound are only good for two things.... Hunting and loving (that's why they a bred with long floppy ears). On the other hand a bulldog is only good for one thing.... Fighting (not considering sucking up food and heat)

Georgia faces the Sophie's Choice of college football. You're never, ever gonna win the big salami with Mark Richt as your head coach. But you can't fire him, either, because the odds of finding a coach who averages 10 wins a year like Richt does are GROSSLY outweighed by the likelihood of hiring, say, Ron Zook.

Let's get back on subject please: futility of Tennessee or Bear Bryant 2.0

Haha I'm just kidding I don't respect Alabama as a program per se but speaking strictly how they play football they're a pretty team to watch play atmo.

This is objectively false. Watching Alabama play football is awful -- and I say that not as a fan of a rival team, but as someone who likes to watch football games. Call Alabama impressive, dominant, or brutally efficient (and they most certainly are those things), but beautiful? No way. Not even a little.

I'm Ben and I approve this message.

A very real problem.. USC plays Notre Dame this weekend. I am always for whoever is playing ND, so i should be for USC. But, man o' man how in the world does a fella from tennesse pull for Lane Kiffen.. Really it is a no win for me.. USC vs ND, how can they both lose.

I am normally rooting for whoever plays USC and ND. I'm conflicted. ND gets the nod because Manti Te'o is a local kid. Trivia: he went to the same high school as Obama.

I just think it's telling that it took a Georgia fan six hours to count to ten...

I got a Ph.D from Georgia, buddy. Or it would taken least 15hrs for my reply. If you get out my way, look me up, I owe you a beer.

Who was the other UTK WR who used to catch around the era of Peerless Price - I seem to remember they were a duo?
