Blow up and pin a picture of M. Bartoli on your wall. When you achieve that position, stop. Until then, stretch, ride, stretch, ride, eat less, and ride more.
So do you keep a watchful eye on where your frames end up? I haven't any idea what number of frames you're sending out, but am rather surprised that I have yet to see one. Do you know if any are in Texas (or were originally)? I'd love to see one and ride one.
Mainly because it might be time to start looking for something to replace my SL3.
Wow -
A lucky Friday the 13th!

What a simple but telling write-up!
+ 1
Well-written, and much credit to Bill Strickland for conveying the Corsa experience.
Craig, can you share any differences between the earlier (PM-batch) and current iterations of the Corsa?
Thanks.
That little write-up seems to have had a bigger impact on co-workers than the initial piece. No one remembers the article. But after reading that little bit, old issue came back put and Embro's site came up.
Think it might have pushed me over the edge. Just have to see what I can afford.
Joe was/is a great fabricator and the guy doing the welding for us at PM was a maestro. Nonetheless, I believe the quality of the product and the craftsmanship has only gotten better. I am far more involved and able to see the bikes through production than the geography of getting bikes made in Colorado and Texas ever would have allowed.
The biggest differences are that the new bikes use a larger headtube that allows the use of any commercially available fork, makes for better miter angles as we don't need to pinch the top and down tubes anymore, and we're now using a PF30 bb shells instead of BB30. We are also using a new dropout of our own design which is stronger, prettier, and much more precise in terms of allignment than our previous drop-outs. what i can promise you is that every corsa is better than the last.
thanks,
c
oh here's my pal and co-worker curtis welding up some bikes.

Some small changes and some fucking moron drilling a hole in a bb shell because he forgot to do it before he had the bike painted or faced or built. please don't do this at home.
New colors looks nice. I want to see a special edition paint as soon as you complete one (white/pink/blue).
Get on these people - they fukcing rule (and rail) hard.

Oh yeah. You can stream Ten$ion here until you find some sweet backdoor server to download it from.

Jerk/Craig- I love your bikes.
But I love your bikes even more after reading this- "Skilled workers who have devoted their lives to their craft demand outrageous things like health insurance and a living wage. We're only too happy to be able to provide for those who provide for us, so we gladly accept the price of local, handmade fabrication. It's a small, incremental price increase and it's one we hope you'll understand."
2013 will be the year of the Coq for this French cat.
Loved the baby blue beast.
I'm all in for a Giro Pink Corsa that, hopefully, will arrive just before the...Giro. Working with Gaulzetti has been one of the best experiences I have ever buying a bike. And I've bought a few, ridden a few, so I think that honest praise. Along with Zanc. That's all I got. Pictures when the beast arrives. Pink is my favorite color. Way before Rapha.
Qui plume a, guerre a. Ce monde est un vaste temple dédié à la discorde.
Where are pics of the LE white/pink/blue bike?
P.S. My corsa continues to be the bar by which all others are judged.
laughter has no foreign accent.
Never heard back about a Corsa that was nearing the end of the production cycle. Bummer deal.
Get ready for the MUUR.
