Listened to Mugstar's ...Sun, Broken... on the way into work today. I don't think I've ever listened to that album on anything but headphones. The visceral bass/kick drum made all the difference. Awesome record.

Looked, didn't see it posted. One of my climbing tunes; keep it in my head on the long ascents.

Let's take this down a peg or two. Here you go...The Shaggs. If Hell has a house band, they are it. For those who know the story..'nuff said. For the rest of y'uns...this was no joke. Cobain and Zappa favorite...each for very different reasons, I suspect.

    Here's one from the past.

This was made as a direct disk recording. The sonic qualities
when listened through a pair of Klipsch Horns was just incredible.

Back about forty years ago a friend and I managed to find a set of
plans from a place called Speakerlab. We followed the plans and
each of us built ourselves a set of corner horns. Lincoln Mayorga
on the big corner horns would drive our parents crazy.

Parts of this video make me uncomfortable. But I also think it's outstanding.

ISO a source for all of Zappa's Orchestral Jazz musing. I'm having a hard time recreating my collection from bygone days. I'll pay royalties, taxes and sing on your answering machine if that's what it takes. Hook a brother up.

I will pay someone 26 million dollares if they can put this on their Ipod and listen to this whole song while riding a century.

There are so many of these videos, I have no idea why I keep clicking on them. I'm sorry.
