Finally a worthy fucking bike on that blog. It's usually tall headtubes w/ -17d stems.

While we are on the topic of that specific bike - do you recall what size frame that is?

Craig, I'm sure you already have this somewhere, but I just followed the link to embro mag you dropped in the CX tubular thread, and re-read the copy for the zetti's; it seems to me that there is a huge gap in the "why Aluminum?" argument, and it's one you've made countless times--your designs put the rider where s/he should be between the wheels. Somewhere in all those words about why you choose AL should be (in bold or all caps): it lends itself to hand fabrication and unlike carbon "3 sizes fit all" frames, the Gaulzetti is available in 14 stock sizes. Sounds like you are doing great building the brand, but not everyone remembers that bikes were once available in 1cm increments and it really seems central to your mission and should be part of what people are paying for. sorry if this is too obvious, but if the embro store is a main sales point, I'd trade one paragraph of "the pros used to ride this" for one "we fit the bike to you, as it should be, not you to the bike". just a thought from a non-industry guy (who appreciates any time you make reference to the Frankfurt School) cheers

actually- whenever they put it out it will be great exposure. we've still got a lot of work to do in terms of building the brand and further dialing our production process. the good news is we are going to be shipping out a bunch of patient client's bicycles in a few.

Read across the hall from a Bicycling Mag editor that Gaulzetti Cicli will be featured in the December issue in the "Bicycling Magazine Dream Road Bike" article. You probably knew that - but others might not. Be on the lookout.

Lenin and Mao had nothing on me... I started the great Gun Metal Grey Gaulzetti revolution of 2011!

Seriously though those look great, the smaller one is an almost exact twin of mine, looks to be a size bigger though.

    craig,

darren has misunderstood slightly. the bike is to ship to me, a new mellow johnny's jersey and extra large waterbottle set to ship to darren, and the bill for all of the above can be sent to signature cycles in greenwich. i keep telling myself, "talk slower, he's canadian" but i guess i will have to do better. thanks for your understanding.
