I'll keep an eye on this thread. I may have an extra bike to lend, roughly 58 square.

I have a square 56 and I think I can borrow a 54-ish. So I think we got the bikes covered. Hope you can make the ride.

Have her lookup a spa called Osmosis in Freestone.
If she goes there that opens the door to some really awesome riding. Potential for Kings Ridge, etc.
Bakery across the street from Osmosis is really good as well.

So a day where she wakes up late, runs, and goes to a spa is right up her alley. Her travel dates may be the only sticking point. I don't know if we can get there by Sunday morning.

If your wife likes trail running Mt Tam/Marin is tough to beat.

This time of year can be some of the best weather; clear and mild to warm temps. There is an ocean nearby, and an inland estuary so down near the water can be coolish.

You guys are driving a hard bargin.

Joosttx - let me see if I can actually change my flight. Also, let me see if I can convince my wife leaving her alone one more day won't result in divorcé (french for divorce).

Jitahs - you're an Uber driver in that thing right? I'll look for a Miata around SFO on the app when I land. Hope you have a luggage rack on that bad boy for my co-worker to sit on.

If you've blown by someone on Tunnel Rd creeping along towards Skyline on a blue Della Santa, and wondered who the slow fat guy was, that was me.

Definitely do not have hills like this in Charlotte.

I just did a cool loop that we could if you want to ride in Marin.
Start in Fairfax, Around Nicasio Reservoir to Pt Reyes, Both Sides of Limantour, down coast to Bolinas Fairfax road- back down to Fairfax.
100k and 5600 feet of climbing.

Someone fresh in from out of town needs to ride up the hill from Limantour.

Has some pitches climbing from the coast side but it is a relatively short climb.

Lionel has requested Mt Tam so I think Limantour is out. Once Velo and Matt report their agenda then we can decide on a route. basically the one I have in mind is just a little more South but has the equivalent climbing.

[QUOTE=velobran;626573]I'm staying in the Lower Pacific Heights area - around Bush and Fillmore.

You might want to check out Woodhouse for seafood on Fillmore just north of Bush.

Lionel made a decision? I do not remember an extensive and detailed deliberation about this choice of his. Has a decision been made about tire pressure yet?

Go up from Mill Valley side, drop down to Stinson Beach, north on Hwy 1, up Bolinas Fairfax, come down into Fairfax?

I was thinking ride through town left on Bolinas Fairfax left on Ridgecrest to Pantoll down to Stinson Beach onto HWY 1 to Muir and out. if we ride in the morning there is very little traffic on HWY 1 heading south. We can always option out and head straight to Mill valley at Pantoll. Ridgecrest is such a beautiful road to ride I think we should ride it. Also we two/three really awesome decents. We are basically talking about the same route.
