nice work indeed
Getting the chainstays aligned was not the easiest task for me.

I really like the nova chainstays. Ample clearance.

I spent some time making a dummy axle adapter so I can use my chainstay jig to miter seatstays too.

nice job.
Looking good. What kind of tube bender is that and how well does it work? Thanks!
Thanks!!
The tubing bender is an Imperial 370-FH. It can bend 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2. Seems to be a decent bender. Nice cushy handles for gaining leverage. I think I paid $50 shipped.

Nice work! You may realize this by now, but if you keep your ST to BB fillet on the smaller side at first, it will greatly help your DT to BB fitup. I usually only tin the ST to BB and do the fillet when I have the DT fitted up. Just some thoughts......
A little sneek peek. Cascade green base coat.

Have a great week!
I want to add just a few comments about painting frames. I decided to paint this one myself mainly because my standard for quality seems to be much higher than a few of the local painters I have had do work for me in the past. I can be pretty picky. I just want to say this....painting is hard! It is a completley another skill set that I obviously don't have. Building the frame seemed way easier IMO. I have a new found respect for those effbuilders out there that do their paint. My hat is off to you!
Awesome! What are you using for your painting setup?
Thanks man!
HA! As far as my paint setup.....I really don't have one. I use a Devibliss finish gun and my garage is my paintbooth. I've gotten good results, but it hasn't come easy. Runs, fingerprints, more runs, sand, paint...repeat. The cleanup is another whole mess of work I don't enjoy.
Finally got it built up, however still waiting on rotors before its dirt baptism.
