    Congrats to your wife Jorn.

You can start looking at areas that would put you in easy access to the Vallée de Chevreuse / forêt de Rambouillet area of you want some good bike riding.

She has a lead on an apartment near the Pantheon. Rue Monge area. A bit early in the process to sign a lease though. So we'll have to see.

I will be in the US most of the time. And in the country. The apartment will be my wife's airport lobby and quarantine location for trips back and forth.

Ironically, we were just doing some "back of the envelope" figuring to see how to buy the tiny farmhouse original to our property. Our neighbors bought it 5 years ago to spend summers with their granddaughter who lives in NYC. But this year, their whole clan moved to Florida, and our deed gives us first refusal, so...?

Huge congratulations. Need a long term rental of your new place and have live in caretakers...raising hand. ; )
Wouldn't you rather stay in NYC at your place instead of in the country in that wonderful new home?

That's spectacular. Congratulations to her, and to you for being sharp enough to hang on and be a supportive spouse.

Congratulations to her! And to you, best of luck with the distancing, been there done that and a strong independent woman is worth the challenge. You can remind her that there is an excellent Neuhaus chocolatier kiosk near the United gate at CDG where she can hand pick your favorite truffles.

That’s an excellent pro tip there on the chocolate. I won’t even have to write that one down. Straight into the data bank.

    Congrats! Very impressive.
Eat one live toad first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you all day.
