Hadn't heard about the VC $; guy down the street does roasting for them...no wonder he just bought a house.

I went into Ritual to use the bathroom a couple months back. The entirety of San Francisco and Valencia is overrun with techies on laptops, it was disturbing. The dude next in line asked what I was "working on". I told him I was working on a hangover.

Fixed. BTW you're welcome hackers for the bike infra; Herb Caen is spinning like a hot dog at 7-11 in his grave.

Oh thank god y'all. I tried Ritual since it got all this hype and I was like "meh." Thought I just didn't have the palate or whatev.

I never go to coffee shops anymore unless I'm craving a caffeine jolt and can't get home anytime soon. Coffee at home is infinitely better than coffee at most SF coffee shops, especially considering the wait, the service, and the price.
