Two thoughts:
1 - the whole 'flushing toilets 10 times, 15 times' thing is stupid. But. I think I know what he was trying to get at. FYI I'm a plumbing engineer, I layout waste and water systems for commercial buildings, mostly school systems. The plumbing code has been reducing the water used when flushing toilets to be more green, and it's getting now where there's just not enough water being used. Our bread and butter is schools, and just last week I surveyed a school that's about to be renovated. They want to replace the flush valves on their toilets, but don't want to replace the china - because if they do, they're required by code to install newer lower-flow flush valves. They already have issues with piping clogging (I can share some shitty pics if anyone is interested), using less water is going to make the problem worse. Also, a lot of building owners, after the building is complete and passed inspections, they'll go back and put higher-flow flush valves on the ADA fixtures (which are the most used, and on the 'back' of the line typically) to send more water through the waste lines and help reduce clogs.
SO. I don't know why he's suddenly concerned about low flow plumbing fixtures, and it was a dumb thing to say, but I kinda get it.
2 - I think SNL hit it on the head a while back ::

Why do people feel the need to list all of their bikes in their signature?
In light of Trump's election and GOP subservience to him, nothing surprises me anymore. Objectively, Clinton's failings and Trump's failing aren't even in the same galaxy. That anyone believes they are is the product of a very successful almost 30 year propaganda campaign against her. She was recently interviewed on Howard Stern. She's a good woman and would have made a good president. It's damn shame we are instead stuck with a permanent, orange stain on American democracy. It's an even damner shame the odds favor his reëlection. Too bad my toilet isn't strong enough to flush that turd.

If you are sitting on some new information, you should have made it available to the House Select Committee on Benghazi, or any of the six investigations which found the Sec of State not to be individually culpable for the deaths there. As it happens, one of my former co-workers died there and it's tiring when people use his death as currency to own the libs.
