Hi Steve, wondering how you would build a modern rigid MTB fork? Do you go with the tapering headsets so the rider can swap to modern suspension forks at a later time, or do you go with straight headsets?
I have been tempted to exchange to new fork, but the availability of modern forks with straight headsets limit the choices, so will PUSH fit my current fork.

Well, they are all 'modern' as they are new, but what I think you are referencing would be a "Suspension Corrected" fork - in which case, I do not..........I max out at 440 axle-to-crown = but, are you on 26" wheels?
A friend and I have an ongoing debate about how to deal with the stresses of disc brakes on the fork so I'm always looking at how the pro's deal with it. Thanks!
Nice catch that whale Mr. Garro. What fly do you use on whales and was that a #8 saltwater rig? How did you ever get him in the boat? Welcome back and just in time for Spring, Mr. Steevo. Now work them fingers down and repeat those fishing dreams in a few months. Need to see lots more pics too sir please.
