I love kettlebells. The workouts can be hard AF and definitely give you results

2 small warnings:
1. Learn to do it right. Repetitive movement in the wrong way with lots of weight can lead to big problems down the line.
2. Some folks suffer from vertigo b/c of the movements (my GF is one). If you feel dizzy or like you have vertigo don't keep going. Falling over in a gym is a great way to smash yourself real good like.
