Hardcore Carnivore - they have two rubs currently, a Red and a Black. I'm a fan of both. Black for beef, Red for chicken or pork. Fan-dam-tastic stuff. Available online and in some stores.

Rotisserie chicken cooked last night with the Red rub.



When smoking a pork butt I like Butt Rub, available at any grocery store. It's kinda spicy, but once distributed in pulled pork it's not hot at all. It's coarse so it forms a great bark too.
