Sorry to hear that. My experience has been quite different, pleasant even. But that is a moot point if he's not going to answer emails and his site doesn't have a shopping cart. My money went elsewhere this time. And that can be costly to a business because I found a much cheaper source, even when lower price wasn't one of my goals.
