If you mean in terms of styles, starting today with a Golden Promise / Challenger Smash but I'm mostly enjoying being able to do all the things I couldn't do when I brewed for a living, like seeing whether I can get a Belgian Ale to finish below 0 ^oP.

Where did you brew at, and on what size system? I was the head brewer for Raleigh Brewing Co in Raleigh NC for years and now work for a company selling commercial brewing equipment while getting my fix by homebrewing ;)

I was a brewer with Matilda Bay, Australia's first craft brewery. It was taken over by one of the world's largest brewers and I stayed on with them.

Our brewhouse was fairly small, 100 Hl, but we managed to make over 20 meg per year via clever scheduling. The main brewery in the group does 450 meg PA but they use high gravity brewing so the actual brewhouse volumes are about 30% less than that. They use twinned 850 Hl systems (alternate streamed to even out the services demand).

I should add that the CF lauter plate has proven to be an abject failure. I'm starting on a new stainless one, we'll see how that goes.
