    Default Renato Bialetti Died

He's the son of Alfonso Bialetti, the Moka espresso pot inventor. Renato was 93 and credited with taking the Moka world wide. So guess what he was buried in?

I look at my Moka Pot and think of riding my bike...it's that much of a part of my riding ritual.

We went to an osteria in Carrara, Italy (tiled so it looked like a bathroom but the food was amazing!) and when we ordered coffee for after, each person got cup, saucer & their own tiny Bialetti full of espresso.
